You can tell it's a cold Saturday in February, as the market is almost deserted.
Big day tomorrow in my household as we're off to see One Direction at the O2 ... *sigh* Me and 16,000 screaming girls.
So.
Not.
Looking.
Forward.
To.
It.
Now i really like this! A great place, wonderful lines here Ed. One Direction...............oh no!! @johnmnewman lol great comment :-)
Today's choice of music very pertinent. Fave btw
@missblpsnanna You can't put the Beatles and Level 42 in the same category as One Direction. That's a completely different scenario. Our generation obviously had much better musical taste than today's youngsters (although it is hard to explain the amazing popularity of Black Lace).
@edpartridge Oh i knew that!! i didn't think you'd be doing by choice!! lol You did the beatles tour??? wow!! where and when was that? I missed them at Kingston Granada! lol
They were at Brit music award thingy on TV the other evening and don't tell Charlie and Bea that their uncle Nigel said 'who are they!!' But in his defence he did sit through a Nick Drake tribute when Karl was about 17/18 and then a few years took Karl a Nick Drake tour sending up at his grave (nick drakes that is)
@Cherrill I'm too young to have seen the Beatles on tour ... (Though I have seen Paul McCartney 3 times ...) But I did drag my parents round the Beatle spots in Liverpool, and to Mark King's (Level 42 http://365project.org/edpartridge/365/2012-10-23)) bar on the Isle of Wight!
Today's choice of music very pertinent. Fave btw
@johnmnewman Surprised you've not been there already. As for 1D, I'm within throwing distance of the stage ...
@dh Thank you! I was fortunate it was empty today, otherwise you'd be commenting on the drunk city traders ...
