I had the day off today, so my sister and I took my son and my two nieces shopping with my mother, grandmother, aunt and cousin. I am pretty sure that I am not allowed back in any of the stores after my son’s antics. He may only be 18 months old, but he is quick! Oh, and he likes to pull jewelry and shirts off racks and run into the dressing room while my mom is trying on clothes. My sister and I were exhausted after the trip. As a nice surprise, she made these amazing cupcakes for dessert tonight. Not only did they look beautiful but they were delicious. It was just what we all needed.
On a side note, I was looking at my p&s yesterday and noticed that it had a macro setting, so of course I had to try it. I was happy to discover that it takes a pretty respectable macro shot.
Pretty shot. I like the colors. And, they look yummy, too! I was wondering if that was a macro lens when I first looked at it. I just bought Sean a P&S camera for his birthday and I'll have to see if it has a macro setting. It has a really cool panarama option which I am going to try soon. It's a gift for him...really it is. ;o)
Oh, I think the macro on a P&S ( like mine) are the best! I think I took more than half of my project with that setting! And these cupcakes look delicious!
