Red-breasted Sapsucker (Woodpecker) at University of California, Santa Cruz, Arboretum. This Arboretum is well known for humming birds. There are a lot here and few years back, was world famous for playing host to a luceastic hummingbird. There are lots of birds here really and this little bugger is one example. So sweet. I’ll post a picture of the tree tomorrow when not so tired.. but it was way cool. Holes perfectly ringing the trees.
