First time I've ever had an altercation with someone over taking a photograph. I was keeping myself occupied, trying to take a decent 'light trail' along Main Road when a street walker came into view.
She launched into the local vernacular, threatening we with what-for if I took a photo with her in it. Something snapped inside me, given that I'd been there first,and I just launched back at her telling her as much and asking her to move on - swiftly.
She then proceeded to walk off in the direction my camera was set up and I ended up with this very uninteresting view of her white mini-skirt. Neither of us won that round :)

You should have point to some nondescript box in the area and tell her that her picture has already been taken and why should it matter if she knows that another picture has been taken. Might as well call her bluff.
