Very Swedish

A popular fish in Sweden is pickled herring. I choose a dish with herring in 3 different sauces; chive, garlic and lingonberry. Served with salad, new potatoes and sour cream, I thought it was delicious!!

Looks good enough to eat - I am planning to go to Scandanavia in the not too distant future and this will be on my list - had to look up lingonberry!
