Corde sur Ciel

This series of images is a retrospective. Val and I were on holiday in France for most of October. She has a son living there with his family and has been desperate to see her grandchildren since 2019. So it was a combined family reunion and sight seeing visit.

Corde sur Ciel is an ancient Bastide town in the Occitane region. It stands in a commanding position on high ground and is wonderfully scenic.
How delightful. There was a time when I would have loved to live somewhere like this - but I would miss the grandchildren too much now!
