Photographed yesterday during my 8km walk in Sliema. This woman conveyed a sense of peace as she was soaking in the scene. As today we celeburate the World Day of Peace, "a gift from on high and the fruit of a shared commitment" may we all commit ourselves to promote justice and roll up our sleeves to build peace, find the courage to forgive and thus extinguish the fire of hatred.
