Our Walnut tree is laden with walnuts at the moment. Will we get to eat any of them? Absolutely not. There is currently a team of 3-4 squirrels working in the tree, systematically biting them off and nibbling just a little bit of the skin, they even throw them at me. These are just a few they have thrown down after about the third time we have swept the path as they are quite lethal to step on. I wouldn’t mind but they do not actually eat them.
