Tomorrow we are visiting Colin’ cousin Tony and his wife Janet whose birthday it was at the weekend. I made her a lemon cake (flavour chosen as it’s Colin’s favourite and he is hoping to get a slice). Here’s my lemon Victoria sponge cake (before Colin has got hold of it!).
This looks so good Emma, I'm sure you could have been a master baker or whatever the really good ones are called. I share Colin's love of lemon flavoured things--I hope he enjoyed his slice, and that Janet had a great birthday1
