Today is National Book Day. Children have been dressing up as their favorite literary characters although based on photos on FaceBook there seems to be a lot of confusion between books and films.
As I was out until late at my Photo Club, this is a quick shot of just one shelf of my books on photography (I had to crop it a little as it wasn’t until it was on screen that I saw the dust on the shelf between the books - way too embarrassing to post!).
What a great idea to have National Book Day and dressing up by the children! Now if they can just learn the difference between a film and a book ... Looks as if you have an interesting shelf of books here. I wouldn't dare post a picture of my bookshelves, for the reason you mention. Photography is so much more interesting than dusting, and than housework in general ...
