Today I started taking photographs for my new montage card of Kingston. I was lucky to actually get some images ‘in the bag’ on this first day but mainly I was working out what shots I wanted and the best time of day to return and shoot them. This is probably the most iconic site in Kingston - that of the falling down telephone boxes called ‘Out of Order’ by David Mach. Unfortunately there is building work right next door so I will have to crop the image tightly and more difficult to deal with, it faces North so there will no time when the light falls directly onto the art work.
