My friend Sarah managed to get us both tickets to the Hampton Court Flower show this Saturday. It was truly a lovely day. Despite threats of cloud the skies cleared and it was sunny all day. We wandered around the gardens and stopped for an early lunch of a massive bacon baguette each. Colin had also managed to get a ticket from Chris who was working on the London Stone stall so we met up a couple of times.
I did not take the Canon but could not choose between images I had taken on my phone so I'm posting all of them! To try and work off the bacon baguette and the delicious salted caramel ice cream, I walked home across Bushy park and managed almost 12,000 steps... not quite up to New York standards but not bad!
