The day was crisp and bright and this certainly was reflected in the number of visitors to the show. There really was a surge of customers around lunch time and by the end of the day I was really pleased with the takings. Not quite a good as 2016 but fellow stall holders agreed that was an exceptional year. Better than my first year in 2014 and overall I was pleased. It is always surprising that after a 3-hour put up, it only takes about 45 minutes to 'knock down' and pack up.
