At last, I had an appointment with the Apple Store in Kingston to change my MacBook Pro! Despite being a great machine I have had endless problems with the track pad ever since I got it, with it literally opening pages I had not clicked on and moving my cursor to different places in the text I was writing.
Unbelievably I was able to take the old one after 56 days of use and swap it for exactly the same one, brand new and boxed. As I had backed up using Time Machine I just had to plug it in and wait…
