At last the day has come after literally months of planning. Dozens of emails and many trips to Fulwell Golf Club. Tonight is the night of the Summer Awards Ceremony. I have final numbers attending of 54 - more than for the last 5 years at least.
I was so pleased with the way the club has put the tables together - I added red napkins as thats the colour of our logo although everyone thought they were to support the England football team - typical.
The night went even better that I could possibly hope and the feedback and comments from friends and members was absolutely glowing. I’ve finally done it, found a location that seems to suit all, good food, parking and a new presentation process thanks to Paul’s hard work. I’ll just take a little time to bask in the glory!!
