30th July 2018

Hooray, today we had an early start to head off down to Penzance. We decided to try the A303 instead of the usual M3, M4 and M5 and planned a breakfast stop at our favourite Hillbrush. We made good time and I enjoyed a delicious eggs Benedict when we stopped. I have to say that the journey was one of the best that we have had and we arrived and Mum’s just after 2.00pm.

As we had arrived in such good time we were able to get fresh air with a walk to Newlyn to lookout the boats in the harbour. I had taken a number of photos of the Steven’s trawlers in dock on my phone but for reasons that will become clear later in the week I no longer have these images!
