The temperature was much cooler this morning for my fifth Park Run. It was still sunny though. There seems to be a few less people at the start but I used my recent training and really pushed it and I think I am running for about 70% now or trotting at least. It must have paid off as I have a new PB of 31 minutes 22 seconds improving by 1 minute and 36 seconds on my last run a couple of weeks ago.

For the rest of the day I was making up yet more Christmas cards and managed to finish 40 for the Landmark and 260 for Card Collection. I took break and counted at Teddington Waterstones and had a quick stroll ‘across the bridge’. Somehow I have done nearly 16,000 footsteps so I hope the app is accurate.

Colin FaceTimed and he has managed to make it to the therapeutic mud lagoon in Spain - I loved the photos!
