As it’s Saturday it’s Bushy Park run day... last week was not a fluke as this week I finished in 29:11, under 30 again.
Later in the day I swapped running shoes and Lycra for a posh frock and heels as we were invited to my friend Sophie and her now husband Lawrence’s wedding reception/party over in Kew Bridge. We took two buses as it is not a great place for parking and we could have a drink or two. There was only about 50 guest so we felt honoured to be asked and it was a great evening even if it was quite painful to dance after this mornings run!
