18th October 2019

This morning I repaired my marching placard ready for the second referendum march in central London tomorrow. I decided to recycle my old one I used earlier in the year and added some fluoro-stickers, I just had to dust off some spiders cobwebs from the garage where it has been living!

The grand card make-up continued in the afternoon and Colin headed over to Karen and Ian’s to say goodbye before they head to Nashville for a two-week holiday. I stayed as I had tickets to a Private View of the Autumn Art fair at the Landmark Centre. I was hoping that I would find something nice for Mum’s birthday next month but in the event, although the art was nice, the majority was oil painting and watercolours and not what I was looking for. I did catch ups with quite a few people I know though who had stalls there.

This is St Mary with St Alban church opposite the Landmark Centre.
Very nice
