We set off for home in the morning and as usual I was very sorry to say goodbye. `Mum is doing so well after her treatment but is starting radiotherapy next week and so that is quite daunting as we have both read negative comments regarding levels of tiredness and other side effects.
The journey was not too bad and we managed a stop at Hillbrush for a late lunch which is where we shared this lovely seafood platter and coffee and cake afterwards. I managed the drive here which was quite a long way but I am getting in practice for going down at Christmas as it seems very likely that it will be just me heading down!
We made good time at actually arrived back just after six so definitely one of our better days - as an aside the full moon was amazing.
