I finished putting my montage together and designing the reverse key to images and also began to write the draft Tweets for my Twitter and Facebook campaign which I intend to begin tomorrow morning to promote my montage and hopefully raise funds for the Landmark Centre and also a little for myself!
In the afternoon I had a third appointment with Juls the physio to continue working on my shoulders and problems with arms. As usual it was quite excruciating but luckily my face mask covers up me wincing in pain.
Tuna steaks from Iceland with sweet potato fries and fresh fruit salad for dinner this evening!
