Day 114 of semi lock down.

Mum and I went to Lidl this morning to stock up on supplies and there were so many bargains. It is well-controlled with the social distancing at entrance to the store.

In the afternoon as it was so sunny we walked to Newlyn again and around the harbour to watch a catch being delivered straight off the trawler. Unfortunately the visitors centre for the Newlyn RNLI was not open but we did manage to look through the windows.

This is proof that it was so warm that Mum and I went for a paddle, even though Colin and Ian chickened out.

In the evening I cooked my famous lock-down chicken to give mum a break from cooking and served it alongside baked potatoes and green beans from the allotment. It seemed to go down well. Unfortunately my wrist seems to have swollen up today and I'm wondering if I could possibly have fractured a small button but I can still move it so probably not.
