15th August 2020

Day 143 of semi lock down.

Today is the big news is that I have finally sold the last two prints in my limited edition of 25 Teddington montages. This is great news and means that once I have delivered the prints I will have raised £625 for the Landmark Arts Centre.

My other exciting appointment of the day was to use my birthday voucher at the local beauty salon where I treated myself to a luxury pedicure with gels. I wanted a girlie colour and spotted a sparkly pink and once I was told the name of the colour - Malibu Barbie - it was a ‘no-brainer’ I had have it!! These are the best that my feet will look.

I got home just before 5.00 pm and I had hoped to be able to take photographs of the Red Arrows. Today is the 75th anniversary of VJ Day and the Red Arrows are flying over the capital city of each country within the UK. They were due to fly over Buckingham Palace at 5:30 this afternoon and therefore fly over Teddington and Richmond at 5:28. However unfortunately, despite still being hot the weather is intermittent storms and a lot of low cloud so for safety reasons, the London fly past had to be cancelled - such a shame.

No figures today.
