1 year, 7 days since the start of the 1st lock down in March 2020.
Today day I spent quite some time writing a guide to social media for my friend Matt who is trying to get a photography business off the ground but is in denial about the need to create a website!!
A little later we went for our usual trot in Bushy Park. We have been very good over the last few weeks in making sure we go out at least 3 times a week. This week I moved onto week 7 of the C25K which is 25 minutes of solid jogging. I decided to take the route that the original park run takes and I managed well over 4kms in the time although I felt shattered afterwards.
