Colin was at golf this morning for the first time in a couple of weeks. It was actually warm and sunny today and so I could go out minus a jacket for the first time in months. I picked up a prescription and also a copy of my blood test results.
In the afternoon Colin knocked up a batch of his excellent blueberry cakes with lemon icing. They are designed to be low fat but that benefit is somewhat counteracted by the fact we end up eating a couple each day.
