1 year, 145 days since the start of the 1st lock down in March 2020
Colin was at golf this morn so I went to the Post Office to post my complaint letter to BA and post a parcel. This lovely but slightly tatty Red Admiral butterfly was on the only weed on the Hight Street outside the Post Office.
In the afternoon I received a call from the chap who had contacted me via my website enquiring about purchasing a Twickenham montage for his restaurant. He sounded very interested and I might even be able to see two of them.
The final bad point to the day was that in racing to answer the doorbell, I kicked my little toe on my left foot directly into the wooden foot of our sofa. I knew straight away what I had done and the subsequent bruising confirmed that yet again I have broken my little toe. Not much I can do about it as it is straight apart from take some paracetemol and be careful not tot knock it. Ouch!
