Fat Fighter this morning and despite indulging in various ways over the past week, I still managed to lose a pound so that was good news.
I popped into Kingston by bus to get some vouchers and bits and bobs and noticed this new shop. - an American sweet shop - it’s pretty pricey so not sure show long that will last.
In the afternoon I packed up the car with everything for my two day show at Orleans House tomorrow. I am well prepared but quite nervous!
