We drove over to Tandridge this afternoon to see Charley and her new horse Daisy - she has two now but Apollo is pretty elderly and so he does not get ridden much now. Daisy is a much better size for Charley and in my limited opinion looks very nice!
Afterwards we drove back to Kaen and Ian’s and then out again a little later as Ian was trading us to dinner at the Hay Cutters in Oxted. We have been a few times before and the food is good but unfortunately this evening the service was incredible slow and despite my trick of disappearing to the rest rooms in the hope the starters would arrive during my absence - this never happened! Nice to have a roast dinner though.
