In the morning I took Colin over to St Margarets for his hygienist appointment and waited in the Marble Hill car park as usual. Afterwards we stopped to deliver cards to Twickenham Waterstones.
This is an unusual photo which shows the stress that our trees have been through. It is a Horse Chestnut that has lost most of its leaves and at a time that it should be dropping leaves for the Autumn, it has in fact sprouted a small number of brand new spring like leaves. I hope it will be OK this winter.
