It was really chilly today and it was intermittent bright sun then torrential downpours. We managed to make it back from shopping before the storm hit but the clouds were gathering in the distance! I also cleaned both the cupboards in the kitchen and replaced the lugs that hold them in place from the now brittle plastic ones to new metal ones that I actually bought over a year ago!
Colin sorted out he various tins and jars food… ones just out of date or even by a year or so are no problem, however some tins and jars were heading for 15 years old so I have a lot of washing out and recycling by the time we are finished!
