30th August 2013

This is Mabel, she is a two-year old Bichon Frisé.

Mabel came to visit today with her owner Kevin who has been working over the past couple of days to put in a new super-secure back gate and fence for us. Mabel always travels with him and normally waits patiently in the cab of his lorry. However, being an absolute dog lover I thought she might like a stretch in our garden.

Well hours of ball and 'pouncing on shoe' games later and here she is pleading for just a small bit of digestive biscuit... to add to the other small bits she had already eaten!! She is such a character that she didn't want to leave and had to be scooped up into the lorry!! She is a lovely dog, I'm wondering if there are any other jobs we need doing so she can visit again.
She does look cute and full of life! Why don't you get one too? With your super secure gate!

@maggiemae Tempted but we travel so much I wouldn't want to leave a dog in kennels... we could well get one in the future when we do more short haul trips, I love dogs! @tristansmum She is as sweet as she looks and went into ecstasy when she has her tummy stroked and then just sat quietly when no more biscuits were forthcoming! @lindagene @pam1 @nicolaeastwood Thank you and for the 'fave's. I showed Kevin her 365 entry and he was really pleased (gave him a print as well) but sadly she didn't come to visit today.
