Evidence that we are now definitely in winter and nearing Christmas - the return of the ice rink at Hampton Court place.

This opened yesterday so we wandered over to have our annual cup of hot chocolate whilst watching the skaters (you didn't expect me to be skating did you?!)

The sun had just set giving the palace a nice warm glow.
