This is a new bottle of Cinzano and in our house this means Christmas!
I never drink it at any other time of the year and only on the day that I do the wrapping of all the presents. My husband keeps me plied with a glass mixed with lemonade, complete with a maraschino cherry in exchange for me wrapping ALL the family presents. This can take a few hours so I have to wrap the more complex ones first in case I am a bit squiffy by the end!! This will be officially opened in a couple of weeks.
Well, it's good to be prepared. Sounds as if Colin made a good bargain. Perhaps the presents you wrap later will be especially brilliantly and imaginatively done!
