Plestin-les-Greves is a small historical city along the north coast of Brittany, around 30 km from where I live. As it is the custom around here, the church and the spire were built from local granite that got colored by lichen over time.
There's an eerie halo around the church. Did you paste in a different sky (I've done that), or is that natural lighting from behind the church.

@tdaug80 - I suspect that's HDR processing / package - it happens a lot on HDR shots if you look

@tdaug80 @shannejw Thanks for your interesting comments. I had actually not paid attention to that point. The sky in the picture is the original one, but you are right to suspect that the thin eerie halo around the spire must be a consequence of HDR. I have got the same picture with and without HDR, and I do not see the halo without HDR. However, the details of the buildings are much better with HDR, that is why I had spontaneously posted this version.

It's why I'd said processing in my comments, as I recognised the HDR - but that stonework would have lost so much without it.
