Tarte Tatin by etienne

Tarte Tatin

This is a traditional French pastry technique, where the apples are candied in caramel sirup directly in the container under a pastry lid. When the cooking is done, the tart is flipped over, so that the pastry lid becomes the bottom and the fruits become visible on top.
I’ve never tried to make this, but it looks delicious.
