We went out to dinner for our anniversary, our first time to dine inside a restaurant in months. Restaurants here are now limited to 50% capacity, up from 25% during the first phase of reopening. With the wide spaces between tables, it had a quiet and almost subdued air, unlike the usual lively atmosphere.
