Kayak fisherman

I loved this guy. I watched him prepare and launch his kayak for a fishing trip. He all the essentials the bigger boats have, just smaller.

I used to be a very keen kayakist... so loved this shot. But I wondered if that was a periscope just popping up on the RHS. Did a submariner just stop by? LOL. Great shot.
