The historic Hotel Lincoln is one of those buildings that is always going to be renovated, but work never seems to start. Meanwhile, it continues to deteriorate. Stars like Aretha Franklin and B.B. King stayed here when hotels in Baton Rouge were racially segregated.
You'd think there'd really be a concerted effort to save it with the amazing artists who've stayed there. Here's hoping someone will really save it soon. Great shot!
