This is Damavand volcano in Iran. At 5670 m / 18,602 ft, it is the highest peak in the Middle East, yet it looks so small when viewed from above and in relation to the clouds.
I must admit I am a bit fascinated by this mountain and the range of mountains in which it sits. It is so beautiful when viewed in the first light.
