I thought I would participate in the Macro Challenge. I would love to put in a link, but I am link challenged. Every time I try, it links back to the page I am already on. That's not very helpful, is it?!
I got my Spool board out and took a photo of one of the gazillion spools of thread on it. I used to have all of these in my Great-great grandmother's sewing box until Rhys sat on the lid when he was three and cracked it. Then I put everything in a drawer until I ran out of drawer space. Then I was given a spool board that I put on the wall next to my sewing machine. Unfortunately, because we keep all of the doors and windows open here from March-October the thread was getting full of dust all of the time which drove me nuts! So now the board is in the cupboard.
