Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.
Wendy -- Beautiful image! And I like the quote! I've seen the quote and recently, I'm pretty sure! I think I know what book it's in & I'm certain I underlined it. (I'm a professor; I can't help myself!) I hope the author didn't "lift" it, but I'm going to look into it. (Again, I can't help myself!)
@rhoing Thank you! Yes, I love the quote too! I was looking up "Peace" quotes on the internet and came across this one on someones blog. They listed it as Author Unknown? I would always rather quote the actual Author, so any help there would be great! Also found on : http://www.cornerstoneinstitute.net/Quotes.html
So nice! Both picture and words. Cattails always bring back good memories for me. I remember as a kid cutting some at the cottage and giving them to my teacher as a gift. :)
Gorgeous! I love the warm colors, composition and framing on this one, very pretty image and perfect quote! You've taken some really beautiful photos! :)
