Sunset at Lake Thunderhead

I had a chance to go to my cousin's wedding in Iowa and then some of the family headed to northern Missouri to Lake Thunderhead to enjoy some time together. Definitely some amazing sunsets and such a serene place to visit!

As much as I love our Colorado sunsets, there is just something so beautiful about a Midwestern sunset. I grew up in Iowa and I never truly appreciated their beauty until I was older and moved away! This is absolutely gorgeous! Fav for me, for sure!
