Taken Friday night as the sun set in Colorado Springs with a fleeting storm through the area. I was blessed to witness this glorious site close to my home...one I have wanted to capture for a long time. I am always in awe of the shear beauty of The Garden of the Gods and this night just surpassed any expectations I had for this amazing overlook. Dreams do come true. Life is full of hardships, questions of who we are and what we should do with our lives, but when witnessing moments like this, I'm convinced I am where I needed to be to have my soul filled with this glorious light and the vibrancy of nature unfolding before me.
Excellent capture and sighting! Notice the second rainbow is reversed! This is a natural phenomenon and interesting to read about with a Google search. Fav!
