There is just something about our Colorado state flower. This single flower just spoke to me as I focused in on the beautiful details. I'm used to photographing the grand landscapes, but it's a breath of fresh air to focus on the smaller intricacies in nature. Sometimes it's the simple things in life that matter the most.
