What a gorgeous homegrown bouquet - those colors are lovely. I've heard that they're good to deter insects so planting with the veggies makes sense. These look so fresh - mine never stayed nice long - guess the Arkansas heat did them in.
A beautiful capture of the lovely bouquet Allison. Milanie is correct about Zinnia's being good companion plants in the vegetable garden. They attract beneficial pollinators to the veggies and also deter nasty beetles and worms. They also attract some predatory wasps that prey on harmful insects.......a fav for me too.
