There were 6 Monarch butterflies in the yard today, and 3 more caterpillars munching on the milkweed. With the declining numbers of Monarchs worldwide, I am happy to have been host to so many this year. The pink sedum was teeming with tiny skipper butterflies, honeybees, bumblebees and more.
