I didn't want to get too close when I first saw him. Further investigation shows that he is a she. She will probably stick around for a while.

Yeah, he does look like a she. I don't think there is a female equivalent for Wayne, so she may be stuck with that name. (Although by a stretch you could call her "Duchess", John Wayne being the Duke. Or maybe Janet, seeing she's a Gretzky.)
