Lisa @homeschoolmom challenged me to take some shots of spring which is a great challenge except that we are still in the depths of winter. There is no spring to be found here - even the pussywillows are still hiding!
So, I jumped at the opportunity to go to the Butterflies Go Free exhibit at the Montreal Botanical Gardens in order to complete this challenge.
I spent the majority of my time there trying to capture butterflies in flight. Not an easy task! They are so fast! But I did get a few shots of them in flight.
What a way to escape winter!
