My daughter, her two sons, and I took a tour of Pumpkin Inferno at Upper Canada Village Last Saturday night. It was a spectacular outdoor art exhibit of 7,000 handcrafted pumpkins all lit at night along a kilometer long path through the pioneer village. The carved pumpkins at Pumpkin Inferno were realistic, artificial pumpkins, whose forms were shaped from molds of real pumpkins.
These are just six of the displays - they were all so good! The shadows behind the carvings are the edges of the pumpkins. The carvers are just so talented!

It was great to see. Next year I think I will go earlier in the month when there are fewer people - it was quite crowded and hard to get a good shot.

Yes - I am up and about but Hubby makes sure that I get to bed early every night because I still tire easily. (I get to stay up late tonight 'cause it's Friday - LOL!)
They really are awesome! (it's the perfect word!) The whole display was great and I took a ton of photos.
