Glengarry has a deep Scottish heritage so the preservation of Celtic history is an important part of the Glengarry community. The Dunvegan Pioneer Museum held a haunted walk to introduce people of Celtic folklore. Here is a woman possessing the evil eye which is a look or stare using magical or supernatural mean. It is believed to cause misfortune to others but a sprig of juniper could ward off the Evil Eye of the Western Highlands before she could cast her spell.
